Applying for a job at Optotune is very easy. Here you will find a list of all currently open positions.
If you’re not sure which position to apply for or can’t find a position you are interested in, but would still like to send your CV, you can do so via spontaneous application.
The process starts with a short phone or video call with our HR team to discuss your preferences and our expectations. Next, you will have a first interview with a team leader or senior colleague to evaluate your skills and fit for the role. Some positions may also include a case study or an extra meeting with management. The final step is an interview with the department manager. If everything goes well, we will send you an offer and look forward to welcoming you on board.
Our interviews are conducted in relaxed atmosphere, so our main recommendation is to be yourself. For technical positions, be prepared for questions related to your expertise and experience.
